If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*2. Photocopy of valid passport

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

*3. Non-criminal Record Certificate (Generally, it is valid for 3 or 6 months)

It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.

*4. English proficiency test certificate

*5. Master Degree diploma

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*6. Postgraduate school transcript

Transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*7. Letter of recommendation

From 2 professors or associate professors

*8. Asset Certification (at least CNY20,000 or equivalent foreign currency).

*9. Personal statement and a research plan (minimum 1500 words).

*10. Physical examination record for foreigner(Genrallly, it is only valid for 6 months)

Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
